HOMEMADE COLD REMEDY
Ingredients:
- 250 ml/1 cup honey
- 250 ml/1 cup water
- 2 heads of garlic
- juice from 2 lemons
Method:
- Boil the water and let it cool down until it’s warm at most
- Pour honey and water into a medium bowl. Grate the garlic and put it into the mix
- Add lemon juice and whisk well. Pour the mixture in a jar or bottle with sealed lid and put it in a fridge. The syrup is ready for use after 12 hours
- Drink a spoonful daily for boosting your immune system. If you catch a cold drink 1 tablespoon 3 times a day
