HEALTHY FRUITS AND NUTS SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
- fistful of cashew nut
- 1 tbsp honey
- a pinch of salt
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
Method:
- Heat up a dry pan and throw nuts on it, then add honey. Cook it until honey starts to boil and covers the nuts, at which point add salt, mix everything well and take the pan off the heat.
- Wash and remove cores from both apple and pear, then cut them into smaller pieces. Shred those pieces well.
- Put shredded fruits into a bowl and add prepared beforehand nuts. Toss well and the salad is ready for consumption.
