ZUCCHINI WAFFLES HOMEMADE RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 large zucchini (around 500 g/17½ oz)
- 125 g/1 cup wheat flour
- 125 ml/½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp grated hard cheese
- ½ bunch of dill
- ⅓ bunch of chive
- salt
- black pepper
Method:
- Wash and grate the zucchini finely, then squeeze the juices from it using a strainer
- Into a large bowl put flour. Add milk, baking powder, eggs and oil, then mix it until everything merges. Next, throw dill and chive in and mix it in as well.
- Add grated cheese and drained zucchini into the batter, season with salt and pepper for taste and stir it with a spoon.
- Heat up a waffle maker. Pour 2 tablespoon on each waffle slot and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cool them on a wire rack.
