HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 500 ml/17 fl oz whipping cream
- 500 ml/17 fl oz condensed milk
- 150 g/5¼ oz peanut butter
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Method:
- Pour the cream into a bowl along with powdered sugar and beat well.
- In a separate bowl put condensed milk, peanut butter and salt, then mix them well. Next, pour the created mixture over to whipped cream and briefly mix them on low speed, until they merge.
- Move the ice cream to a container with a lid and put it away in the freezer for at least 12 hours. If the ice cream is too hard when taken out, wait for around 10 minutes before serving.
