BAKED CHICKEN STRIPS WITH SESAME RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 skinless chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 150-180 g/5-6 oz natural yoghurt
- 5 tbsp grated hard cheese
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
- 5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp powdered sweet pepper
- ½ tsp powdered hot pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- salt
- black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
- Wash and dry the chicken, then slice it at an angle. In a bowl or deep plate put the egg, yoghurt and pressed garlic, then beat everything well.
- On a separate plate spread the bread crumbs and add grated cheese along with sesame seeds, sweet and hot pepper. Season with salt and black pepper for taste, then mix well.
- Roll the chicken slices first in egg and yoghurt mixture, then in bread crumbs mix. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
