HONEY-MUSTARD SAUCE CHICKEN RECIPE – Soft and juicy recipe for a chicken in aromatic sauce 🙂 A fast and tasty dinner

HONEY-MUSTARD SAUCE CHICKEN RECIPE


Ingredients:

  • 2 x 250 g/9 oz skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • powdered hot pepper

Sauce:

  • 300 ml/10 fl oz whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper


Method:

  1. Preheat the over to 180°C/360°F. Wash and clean the chicken, then dry it. Place it in a bowl, season with salt, black and hot pepper.
  2. Take a pan and heat up the oil, then cook the meat from every side for 4 around minutes.
  3. Pour the oil from the pan to a baking dish. Cook the chicken fro 12-15 minutes. Don’t wash the pan yet.
  4. In a small bowl mix together both mustards, honey and vinegar. Pour cream over the pan on which you cooked the meat and bring it to boil.
  5. Add the honey-mustard mixture and stir well. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until the ingredients merge completely and the sauce becomes thick.
  6. Lay the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice it. Serve with the sauce and a side like potatoes.
