HONEY-MUSTARD SAUCE CHICKEN RECIPE – Soft and juicy recipe for a chicken in aromatic sauce 🙂 A fast and tasty dinner
HONEY-MUSTARD SAUCE CHICKEN RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 x 250 g/9 oz skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- black pepper
- powdered hot pepper
Sauce:
- 300 ml/10 fl oz whipping cream
- 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt
- black pepper
Method:
- Preheat the over to 180°C/360°F. Wash and clean the chicken, then dry it. Place it in a bowl, season with salt, black and hot pepper.
- Take a pan and heat up the oil, then cook the meat from every side for 4 around minutes.
- Pour the oil from the pan to a baking dish. Cook the chicken fro 12-15 minutes. Don’t wash the pan yet.
- In a small bowl mix together both mustards, honey and vinegar. Pour cream over the pan on which you cooked the meat and bring it to boil.
- Add the honey-mustard mixture and stir well. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until the ingredients merge completely and the sauce becomes thick.
- Lay the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice it. Serve with the sauce and a side like potatoes.
