ZUCCHINI WAFFLES HOMEMADE RECIPE – Delicious, light and savory 🙂 These waffles are definitely worth trying 🙂

ZUCCHINI WAFFLES HOMEMADE RECIPE


Ingredients:

  • 1 large zucchini (around 500 g/17½ oz)
  • 125 g/1 cup wheat flour
  • 125 ml/½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp grated hard cheese
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ⅓ bunch of chive
  • salt
  • black pepper


Method:

  1. Wash and grate the zucchini finely, then squeeze the juices from it using a strainer
  2. Into a large bowl put flour. Add milk, baking powder, eggs and oil, then mix it until everything merges. Next, throw dill and chive in and mix it in as well.
  3. Add grated cheese and drained zucchini into the batter, season with salt and pepper for taste and stir it with a spoon.
  4. Heat up a waffle maker. Pour 2 tablespoon on each waffle slot and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cool them on a wire rack.
