SAGE PASTA – INSTANT DINNER RECIPE
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 3 large sage leaves
- 60 g/2 oz spaghetti pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan, or other hard cheese
- salt
- black pepper
Method:
- Cook pasta al dente, in compliance with producer’s instructions.
- In the meantime, melt butter on a pan over medium heat. Add sage leaves and cook for about a minute.
- Put the cooked pasta into the pan and pour 3-4 tbsp. water you boiled your pasta in. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper for taste, then cook for around 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
- Serve the meal sprinkled with parmesan or other hard cheese. After cooking/frying, sage becomes nutty in flavor.
