QUICK CHEESE CASSEROLE RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 200 g/7 oz cheese
- 200-250 g/7-8 oz pasta
- feta cheese
- canned sweetcorn
- 200 g/7 oz sugar-free condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- salt
- black pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
Method:
- Boil the pasta in salted water, following instructions from the package. Grate the cheese finely and dice feta cheese.
- Throw the cheese into a mixing bowl, then add milk and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg for taste and mix everything well.
- Put the cooked and drained pasta into a baking dish and pour the prepared mixture over it. Mix it well and sprinkle sweetcorn on top.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C/430°F. Bake the casserole for 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes before you finish baking put feta cheese over the top.
