CHICKEN LEGS IN APRICOT RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken legs
- 6 tbsp apricot jam
- 10 tbsp water
- 6 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- ¼ tsp dried rosemary
- salt

Method:
- Wash and dry the chicken, rub it all with salt then put into a fridge for 5 minutes.
- If the jam is not smooth enough, blend or mix it so that there are no big chunks floating around. Add soy sauce, pepper, paprika and rosemary to the jam and mix everything well. Cover the meat with created marinate and set aside into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Move the chicken along with marinate into oven bags, 3 legs per bag. Before closing, pour 5 tbsp of water into each bag. Put closed bags into a baking dish.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes. After that time, take the dish out, cut open the bags and put it back inside for 10 more minutes. It will add a nice finish to the meat and make the skin crusty.
