DILL SAUCE PORK CHOP RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 600 g/21 oz pork chop
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 bunch of dill
- 150 ml/5 fl oz beef stock
- 250 ml/8 fl oz sour-cream
- salt
- black pepper
Method:
- Wash, dry and slice the pork. Flatten each cutlet lightly, then season with salt and pepper on both sides for taste.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Cook each slice for 5 minutes on each side. Take the cutlets off the pan and cover them with aluminum foil, to keep the temperature.
- In a pot or deep skillet heat up the remaining, 1 tbsp, of butter. Add flour and stir fry for a moment. Pour stock and cream into the pan, add finely chopped dill, then season with salt and pepper for taste. Cook for around 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken a little.
- Move the meat into the sauce and simmer everything for around 15 minutes. Best served with some potatoes on the side with fresh dill sprinkled all over.
