CHICKEN LEGS BAKED WITH RICE RECIPE – This dish can be prepared essentially effortless, since most of the work is done by itself 🙂 A great choice for dinner 🙂
CHICKEN LEGS BAKED WITH RICE RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken legs
- 2 tbsp oil, plus extra for greasing
- 1 tsp powdered hot pepper
- 1 tsp powdered sweet pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 200 g/7 oz rice
- 700 ml/23¾ fl oz vegetable stock
- 2 onions
Method:
- Squeeze the leg in few places to make it more tender. Move it into a bowl, add oil, chopped garlic, sweet and hot pepper, salt and black pepper. Mix it so that the meat is covered in spices well. Cover the bowl and put it in a fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F.
- Grease a baking dish with oil, then put the uncooked rice inside and pour over the vegetable stock. Slice the onions and put the slices inside the dish,. Take the legs out of the fridge and lay them down on the onion. Bake for 70 minutes
