TRADITIONAL DILL PICKLES RECIPE – A well known way of preparing cucumbers in Poland. After only few days in a jar you get some tasty side or a snack 🙂
TRADITIONAL DILL PICKLES RECIPE
- dill bouquets
- few slices of horseradish
- few Cloves of garlic
- 1 l/34 fl oz water
- 1 tbsp salt
- Wash cucumbers and cut their edges. On the bottom of a large jar with sealed lid lay down a layer of dill bouquets. Fill out the jar with cucumbers, squeeze in the horseradish and garlic and put few more dill bouquets on top.
- Add the tbsp of salt to the water and still until it dissolves completely. Pour the salted water into the jar.
- Set the pickles aside in a dry place for at least few days before serving.
