CAULIFLOWER CUTLETS – HOMEMADE RECIPE
Ingredients:
- ½ head of cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp bread crumbs, plus extra for breading
- 3-4 potato starch
- ½ bunch of dill, chopped
- salt
- black pepper
Method:
- Wash the cauliflower, break into florets and cook in boiling water until they go soft. When ready, mash them with a fork.
- Move cauliflower into a bowl, add chopped dill, starch, bread crumbs and egg. Season with salt and pepper for taste and whisk everything well.
- Take a piece of the mix and form a cutlet, then cover it in bread crumbs on all sides. Repeat until you’ve used all.
- Heat up some oil on a pan over medium heat. Cook each cutlet on both sides until it turns golden. When taking them off the pan place on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Serve with a side of potatoes or salad.
