FRIED EGGS IN RED PEPPER – BREAKFAST RECIPE – A recipe for a colourful and delicious breakfast. Impress your loved ones with this one 🙂

FRIED EGGS IN RED PEPPER – BREAKFAST RECIPE


Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large red pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chive, for serving


Method:

  1. Slice the pepper into about 1½ cm/½ in thick each, removing any seeds.
  2. Take a pan and heat up the oil on it. Fry the red pepper slices on medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Crack up to two eggs, depending on the size of the slice, into pepper slices. Season with salt and pepper then fry over small heat.
  4. Once the white is set take the egg with pepper slice of the pan. Serve with freshly chopped chive.
