TRADITIONAL PORK CHOP RECIPE
Ingredients:
- pork chop, with or without bone
- 2 eggs
- ½ powdered sweet pepper
- 1 tbsp lard
- salt
- black pepper

Method:
- Use the mallet to flatten the meat on each side, until it’s about 1 cm thick overall (you can put it in a plastic food bag to make sure it won’t rip during flattening)
- Season both sides of the slice with salt and black pepper, then turn it in flour. Make sure it’s all covered
- On a separate plate place the eggs with sweet pepper, salt and black pepper, then whisk it well. Have another plate prepared with bread crumbs
- Cover each slice with the eggs mixture then bread crumbs, making sure it’s covered as much as possible
- Warm the lard on a pan, adjust the size of it to the size of the pork chop so that it fits. Fry on each side until they turn golden
