RED PEPPER DEVILLED EGGS RECIPE
Ingredients:
- hard boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp mascarpone
- 1/2 roasted red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp sweet pepper
- pinch of salt
Method:
- Cut the eggs in half and separate the yolks from them, making sure the rest of the egg remains intact
- Put the yolks in the blender cup. Add mascarpone, red pepper, pressed garlic, sweet pepper and salt. Blend it all together until reaching a unified mass
- Pour the paste back on the eggs, in the hole where the yolk was. The eggs can be served right away or cold after few hours in the fridge
