CHICKEN TORTILLAS – EASY RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 4 tortillas
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ can of corn
- 1 red pepper
- ½ can of pineapple
- 150 g/5½ oz grated cheese
- 50 g/2 oz fresh spinach
Method:
- Wash and dry out chicken breasts and cut into small slices
- Add oil, salt and pepper to the meat and mix them all together
- Heat up a dry pan and pour the chicken on it. When it’s fried add crushed garlic, fry for 15-30 seconds more and place it in a bowl
- Brown up the tortillas a little on a dry pan
- Place the hot tortilla on a flat surface, spread mayonnaise on it and add the toppings: corn, sliced red pepper and pineapple, cheese, chicken and spinach. Then, roll the tortilla up
- Put the wrapped tortillas on a dry pan (the edge of the tortilla is facing down) and fry briefly on each side. Tortillas are ready for serving right away
